"I have been emailing you guys about the fees charged for paypal. I know you don’t profit from it, BUT after speaking to paypal -- the fees charged are something you guys can control by what you CLICK. Other book companies I get money from I never ever get charged a fee. Paypal said it is how you click it. YOU are the one that controls whether it is personal (gifts/payments) OR purchase (goods/service). Paypal said YOU are the one that determines it. If you click personal -- then there is no fee. if you click purchase -- then there is a fee charged. You could be helping your customers out. I know you aren’t profiting from it – so that is all the more reason to understand what it is you are clicking. I for one probably won't use you guys again because I will go with another book company that doesn't charge a fee through paypal. Please call paypal if you are confused. Paypal told me that YOU guys control whether there is a fee or not by the wait you list it. Please, please respond."
