"This has been my worst experience transacting with a buyback company...It took days after delivery for payment to be processed. It was finally processed after 4 days and payment was said to be sent. It been 14 days now, you have not been able to provide a tracking number for the delivery and the check is not here yet. Your customer service has been the laziest I've ever seen, their only response which seems to be an auto mail is "we will respond as soon as we get details from the accounting department"."
